Terms & conditions
Effective date: 1 March 2026 · Governing law: Kingdom of Belgium
These terms govern use of the website namurhotel.co and services offered by Namur Hotel SRL (“Namur Hotel”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the site, submitting forms, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
- Guest: any person booking, staying at, or attending an event at Namur Hotel.
- Services: accommodation, food & beverage, spa, fitness, casino lounge access (where applicable), and related concierge services.
- Reservation: a confirmed or provisional booking recorded by our reservations team.
- Website: namurhotel.co and subpages operated by us.
2. Website use
You may browse the website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt servers, scrape data in bulk without permission, inject malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use automated tools in a way that degrades performance. We may suspend access when abuse is detected.
Content (text, photography, trademarks) is owned by Namur Hotel or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute materials for commercial use without written consent. Limited sharing via social features with attribution is permitted.
3. Reservations, rates, and payment
Online forms and email requests are non-binding until confirmed by our team. A binding contract is formed when we send written confirmation (email) stating dates, room category, price, taxes, and cancellation terms.
Displayed rates are subject to availability, seasonality, local taxes, and tourism levies. Currency is stated in euros (EUR) unless otherwise noted. Payment methods accepted will be listed on your invoice. Failure to pay deposits when required may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may be disputed with evidence of service delivery. Fraudulent bookings may be reported to authorities.
4. Cancellation & no-show
Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and event contract. Your confirmation email specifies deadlines for free cancellation, partial charges, and non-refundable segments. No-shows are typically charged for the first night or the full stay depending on the plan selected.
Group, wedding, and corporate blocks may require custom deposit schedules—those terms supersede standard leisure policies when signed separately.
5. Guest conduct & safety
Guests must respect quiet hours, staff instructions, fire safety routes, and maximum occupancy limits. Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal substances, or property damage may result in immediate removal without refund and reporting where legally required.
Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Age restrictions apply to alcohol service and casino areas as described below.
6. Casino hotel & casino lounge rules
Namur Casino Hotel offers boutique accommodation alongside a regulated-style casino lounge experience. Entry to casino areas requires valid government photo identification proving age 21+ (or higher if local regulation requires). We operate age verification at entry and may refuse access when documents are expired, damaged, or inconclusive.
Casino play is offered as entertainment. House rules—including table limits, dress code (if any), prohibited behaviors, and chip redemption procedures—are posted on site and may be updated. Staff decisions regarding game integrity, disputes, and exclusions are final subject to applicable law.
Responsible gaming: we provide information on self-limit tools, cooling-off periods, and external support organizations. Guests may request self-exclusion from casino marketing and, where feasible, floor access. We do not provide credit for gambling purposes.
Photography, recording, or live streaming on the casino floor may be restricted to protect guest privacy and regulatory obligations. Cheating, collusion, or use of prohibited devices will lead to ejection and potential legal action.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to gamble in jurisdictions where such activity is unlawful. Visitors are responsible for compliance with laws in their place of residence.
7. Spa, fitness & wellness
Spa treatments require health disclosures where relevant. Pregnant guests or guests with cardiovascular conditions should consult a physician before booking intensive treatments. Fitness equipment is used at your own risk; orientation is available on request.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, Namur Hotel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Our aggregate liability arising from any stay is limited to the amount paid for that stay unless injury or death results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Valuables should be stored using in-room safes or front-desk deposit when available. We are not responsible for unattended items in public areas.
9. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy. By using forms on this site, you acknowledge that data may be processed to fulfill reservations, marketing (with consent), and legal obligations.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
